Meet Amanda Frederickson

Chef and author Amanda Frederickson opened Radish in August 2020 to share fresh, healthy food with Nashville.

Before opening Radish, Amanda published cookbooks and worked in the Williams Sonoma Test Kitchen.

Radish now has four locations in West Nashville, East Nashville, Franklin/Cool Springs, and Downtown at Assembly Food Hall.
